These terms apply when you book an experience through Falun Unlocked. By completing a booking you accept these terms.

About us

Booking and payment

A booking is confirmed once payment has been completed through our booking partner Ticket Tailor. You will receive an email confirmation with your ticket and practical details. All prices are stated in SEK and include VAT where applicable.

What is included

Each experience listing describes what is included in the price. Unless stated otherwise, the price covers guided tour and any food or drink described in the listing. Alcoholic beverages are only included when explicitly stated.

Language

Each experience is conducted in the language stated in the listing (Swedish or English). Please make sure you book the correct language version.

Cancellation by you

You may cancel your booking up to 48 hours before the experience starts and receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the start are non-refundable. To cancel, use the self-service link in your booking confirmation email or contact us at hello@falununlocked.se. Refunds are processed via Stripe to the original payment method and may take 5 to 10 business days to appear.

Cancellation by us

We reserve the right to cancel an experience due to severe weather, insufficient number of participants or other circumstances beyond our control. If we cancel, you will receive a full refund. We will notify you as soon as possible by email.

Minimum number of participants

Some experiences require a minimum number of participants to proceed. If the minimum is not reached, we will notify you at least 24 hours before the scheduled start and offer a full refund or the option to rebook on another date.

Changes to the programme

We reserve the right to make minor adjustments to the route, menu or schedule without prior notice, for example due to weather or road conditions. The overall character of the experience will remain unchanged.

Allergies and dietary requirements

You are responsible for informing us of any food allergies or dietary requirements at the time of booking. We do our best to accommodate your needs but cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.

Alcohol

Some experiences include or offer alcoholic beverages. Participants must be at least 18 years of age to consume alcohol. We reserve the right to refuse service of alcohol to anyone who appears intoxicated.

Health and mobility

Our guided walks take place outdoors on varied terrain including cobblestones, gravel paths and moderate inclines. Please consider your own mobility and fitness level before booking. If you have questions about accessibility, contact us before booking.

Personal responsibility

Participation is at your own risk. Falun Unlocked is not liable for personal injury, loss of or damage to personal belongings during an experience, except where caused by our negligence.

Photography

We may take photographs or video during experiences for use in marketing and on our website and social media. If you do not wish to appear in such material, please let your guide know at the start of the experience.

Privacy

We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at falununlocked.se/privacy.

Complaints

If you are not satisfied with your experience, please contact us at hello@falununlocked.se within 14 days. We take all feedback seriously and will do our best to resolve any issues.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as needed. The current version is always available on this page. Changes do not affect bookings already confirmed.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Swedish law. Any disputes shall be resolved by the Swedish courts.
